Chequered Plate (Diamond / Tear Drop Patterned Sheets)

Diamond Patterned Sheet is obtained by rolling hot-rolled sheet and embossing it with a diamond pattern. This design is the most preferred patterned sheet type in Turkiye. The diamond patterns on the surface increase the sheet's strength and enhance grip during friction, making it suitable for various applications.

Applications: Diamond patterned sheets are widely used in many fields, including dump truck and trailer manufacturing, fire escape construction, loading ramps, shipbuilding (particularly walkways and decks), and the construction industry (industrial steel structures, stair manufacturing, fire escapes, steel steps, etc.).

Tear Drop Patterned Sheet is produced similarly by rolling hot-rolled sheet to create a tear drop pattern. This design is more commonly preferred in European countries and the USA than in Turkiye. The tear drop patterns on the surface enhance the sheet's strength and grip during use.

Applications: Tear drop patterned sheets are utilised in shipbuilding (particularly walkways and decks), dump truck and trailer manufacturing, fire escape construction, loading ramps, and in the construction industry (industrial steel structures, stair manufacturing, fire escapes, steel steps, etc.).
