Seamless Steel Pipes are produced by rolling heated billets. The configuration at high rolling speeds and pressures creates pressure at the center of the billet, forming the pipe shell with a pointed rod. This shell is then extended in a multi-rolling mill to reach the desired thickness and diameter. Seamless steel pipes have higher strength due to their homogeneous microstructure compared to welded pipes, although their production costs are higher.
Applications: Steel drawn pipes are used in various industries, including fastener manufacturing, concrete industry, machinery manufacturing, automotive supply, oil industry, and pump industry.
