In Steel Service Center and Pipe & Profile Production;
Perfect Solutions
Hot-rolled, cold-rolled, pickled & oiled, galvanised, and painted coil sheets sourced primarily from local manufacturers are used in ERW pipe and hollow section production in our facilities including resizing in our slitting and cutting-to-length lines and offered by Soybaş Steel as customised high-quality solutions to meet industrial needs use.
Slitting Line
We produce in thicknesses between 0.60 - 6.00 mm, up to 2000 mm in width, in our slitting line with a capacity of 25 tons of uncoiler and wrapper.

Cut-To-Length Line
We produce thicknesses from 1 mm to 25 mm, widths between 500 - 2000 mm and lengths of 500-12000 mm on our 3 separate cut-to-length lines.

Production
ERW Pipe Production Line
We produce hot rolled (HR), cold rolled (CR) and galvanized industrial and constructionuse pipes with diameters between 18-76 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.60 - 3.00 mm.

ERW Hollow Section Production Line
We produce hot rolled (HR), cold rolled (CR) and galvanized hollow sections sizes from 10x20 mm to 40x80 mm / from 15x15 mm to 60x60 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.60 - 3.00 mm.
